How to play Minecraft through Radmin VPN: step by step
How to play Minecraft with a friend over Radmin VPN: create a network, open your world to LAN, connect by IP — plus fixes when your friend can't see the world.
Note. Radmin VPN joins computers into a game network but doesn't bypass blocking — for that see VPN for games. Surok for Windows: 3 days free.
You need Radmin VPN on both PCs (free, radmin-vpn.com), the same Minecraft Java version, and Java allowed in Windows Firewall.
- Create a network in Radmin VPN (name + password) and share it.
- Your friend joins the network; both PCs show green dots.
- Open your world to LAN: Esc → Open to LAN → Start; note the port in chat.
- Your friend connects: copy your 26.x.x.x address in Radmin VPN, then Multiplayer → Direct Connection →
26.12.34.56:54321.
If it fails: mismatched game versions, firewall blocking javaw.exe, antivirus firewalls, a changed port, or no green dot (restart Radmin on both). A regular VPN in full-traffic mode can intercept Radmin connections — turn it off while playing. More: what Radmin VPN is.
